1. Place the white light or Epi Cyan light panel on top of UV transilluminator.
2. Connect light panel to UV transilluminator and power on.

Configurations
Slite 600 can do fluorescent & colorimetric gel imaging as long as there is no need to do chemiluminesence imaging which needs long time exposure with cooled CCD camera.
Slite 600 can be configured for DNA gel (with UV light) CBB stain (White backlight) & HRP/DAB stain Western blotting (Epi white light) .
